1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 6xsix platform and its website, mobile applications, and related services ("Platform"). 6xsix operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh.

When you register on 6xsix, create an account, or use any service on the platform, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms are written in English and this version shall be considered the definitive one. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact our support team.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the 6xsix platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of age documents at any time if verification is required.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may create only one account. Having more than one account is a violation of our rules and may result in all accounts being suspended or closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, we reserve the right to close the account without notice and forfeit any funds held.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6xsix currently supports the following payment methods:

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each payment method. The minimum amount for withdrawals is ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, identity verification or technical reasons may cause delays in some cases. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not supported.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

6xsix offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Any winnings earned from a bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Policy

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
Each account may claim the welcome bonus only once.
If a withdrawal is requested after receiving a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled.
6xsix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. VIP Program

The 6xsix VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and exclusive benefits:

Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
Silver: up to 0.3% cashback per week
Gold: up to 0.5% cashback per week
Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback per week
Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback per week

You can move up to higher tiers by staying regularly active and spending more time on the platform. Detailed terms for VIP benefits will be communicated separately. VIP cashback and benefits may be changed at any time at 6xsix's discretion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

6xsix offers sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and other categories. Each game has its own applicable rules, which can be viewed in the game interface.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

Once confirmed, bets generally cannot be cancelled. However, 6xsix reserves the right to cancel bets and refund the stake in the event of a technical error, data mistake, or other exceptional circumstances.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting covers a variety of markets including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The decision of the relevant sports authority is final in determining match results. General examples (such as Bangladesh vs India) are used to illustrate markets and do not refer to actual players, clubs, or specific scores.

6.4 Game Fairness

All games on 6xsix are operated by certified software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). Game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
Making transactions using another person's payment method.
Dishonestly claiming or abusing bonus benefits ("bonus hunting").
Attempting to gain a technical advantage or hack the platform's software, website, or games.
Using the platform for criminal or unlawful activities.
Using the platform for money laundering or the transfer of illicit funds.
Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users or staff.
Playing games using bots, scripts, or automation tools.

For any of the above violations, 6xsix may close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Personal Data & Privacy

For account verification, we may request a copy of your national ID or passport, proof of address, and payment method verification documents. This information is used only for verification and security purposes.

9. Responsible Gaming

You can set your own deposit and betting limits.
An option is available to temporarily suspend your own account if needed.

10. Service Disruption & Technical Errors

If a game or transaction is incomplete due to a technical error, server issue, or internet disruption, 6xsix will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, 6xsix will not be directly liable for financial losses arising from such situations, unless the error was entirely within our control.

Any amount or result incorrectly displayed due to a display error or system failure will be considered void and replaced with the correct amount.

11. Account Closure & Changes to Terms

11.1 Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Before closing the account, any outstanding bets must be settled and the balance must be withdrawn.

11.2 Closure by Us

6xsix may suspend or close any account without notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or other serious reason.

11.3 Amendments to Terms

6xsix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6xsix will not be liable for:

Losses caused by network issues or device failures on the user's end.
Losses caused by delays from third-party services (payment gateways).
Financial losses caused by unexpected market changes or technical disruptions.
Losses caused by unauthorized third-party access, provided our security measures were adequate.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or complaint, please first attempt to resolve it directly with our customer service team. We believe most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

If a resolution cannot be reached through our support team, both parties will attempt to settle the dispute through mediation. Following this process for a minimum of 30 days is mandatory before initiating any legal proceedings.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the complete agreement between 6xsix and the user.

15.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full effect.

15.3 No Waiver

6xsix choosing not to act on a particular violation does not constitute a waiver of its right to act on future violations.

15.4 Language

The English version of these terms shall always be considered authoritative. In the event of any discrepancy with a translated version, the English version will take precedence.
